Pronounced 'seekers' this is our Creative Industries Careers Advice Service and is a huge part of what we do. It is our artist development programme providing free support, advice and guidance for young people 16-30 who are interested in developing careers within music, film, TV, visual and performing arts and the creative industries. You can sit down with an experienced professional and talk over plans during a one-on-one session, enabling you to make the best use of our contacts, knowledge and directory. You will also be able to use our multi-media, rehearsal and recording space for a nominal booking fee and discounted engineers rate.
Becoming a member grants discounted access into our creative hub in Deptford where you can access rehearsal space, creative suites and use of our pro tools recording studio and vocal booth. We also help with promotion and digital campaigns. We can help you to explore pathways to training and access to funding your projects.

Op Sa! Balkan Band
Bringing their own passionate brand of Balkan music, influenced by the roots of the Serbian Kolo and the Turkish čoček, their repertoire is an addictive blend of wild beats, gypsy flair and modern sound. Teaming a traditional brass trumpet section with clarinets, saxophone, electric guitars, darabouka and a drum kit, they give a contemporary twist to deep-rooted cultural influences and create an un mistakeably rich sound.
Conrad is a South London DJ/Rapper and Producer. When Conrad’s not lurking in London he abides in a secret hide out in Japan where he indulges in a life of Anime, Video Games, and Cheap Sake. “I like to be socially aware in my music but I also like to dance stupid and be a geek”. Conrad spent his childhood listening to Kraftwerk, Adam Ant and Tupac . However his biggest influence came from the Grime and Garage pirate radio stations, these are what drove him to want to write and make music.
Laura Lamn is a rapper and vocalist. Her forthcoming single, which was produced by Grammy nominated producer Kaskade, will be released later this year. Her music has been Co-signed by BBC Radio 1 Introducing and 6 music.
Experimenting with Hip Hop, eery folk, live electronics combining Trumpet, drums, bass, guitar and engaging vocals, this London-based ensemble have been tearing up the UK underground.
South London Samba
South London Samba, a drum troupe inspired by Latin, Brazilian, African and Caribbean rhythms hosting adult drum classes at MMC every Thursday evening 7-8:30pm. All ability levels welcome.

Michelle O Faith
Michelle O Faith has been a student on BMC and CICAS® member for many years, awarded a Midi Music Company bursary to study at the prestigious Conservatoire, recently winning the PRSF foundation Women Make Music Award. Her second EP is forthcoming.
