This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.themidimusiccompany.co.uk (our site), and themusicroom.ning.com whether as a guest or a registered user. The Music Room is a Network created on the Ning Platform created and operated by The Midi Music Company, please read these terms of use, and those relating to the Ning Network carefully before you start to use the site.
- By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.
- We may change these terms from time to time so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of our site will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to these terms you can stop using the site at any time.

The Music Room
- themusicroom.ning.com is a network built on the Ning Platform. Please read their terms of service before using this part of the site.
- In order to participate in and contribute to themusicroom.ning.com you will be required to register with Ning. Any personal information supplied as part of this registration process will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the Ning Privacy Policy and our own.
- You agree to use themusicroom.ning.com in accordance with the following Network Rules.
(i) About your posts:
* Contributions must be civil and tasteful.
* No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour: contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
* No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
* No advertising or promoting.
* For inclusivity please use english as the main language. As it is more difficult for us to moderate content in other languages we may remove extensive posts or content in other languages.
* No impersonation.
* No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names.
(ii) Your Account:
*If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting a community or annoying other users you may have action taken against all of your accounts.
*All accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address that you access regularly so that moderation emails can be sent to you. *Accounts registered with someone else's email address, or with temporary email addresses may be closed without notice. We may require users to re-validate their account if we believe they have been using an invalid email address.
(iii) Safety:
We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example: telephone number, postal address or home address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified) in themusicroom.ning.com
(iv) Legal requirements:

* The Ning Platform is not directed to children under 13, if you are under 13 years old, please do not use themusicroom.ning.com.
* Never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example, school, telephone number, your full name, home address or email address).
(vi) If you breach these Community Rules:
If you fail to abide by these Community Rules you will be sent an email which informs you why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.
This action may include any content posted by you being checked before allowed to go on the site or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in themusicroom.ning.com.
If you submit or share offensive or inappropriate content or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on our site, and the The Midi Music Company considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, The Midi Music Company may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school or email provider about the infringement(s).
We reserve the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any Music Room account, at any time, for any reason.
- Commentary and other materials posted on our site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed.
