Gordon is a Partner and Joint Head of the Litigation Department at leading media and entertainment solicitors Lee & Thompson. He has represented many household names in the music industry, including most recently One Direction and 50 Cent. He has a keen interest in assisting young people to access the music, film and television industries.
Keith Harris OBE
Keith is manager to Stevie Wonder; he joined EMI in 1976 and then Motown Records where he worked with artists including Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Rick James and The Supremes. He is the former Director of Performer Affairs for PPL and continues to provide consultancy services. He is also the former Chair of UK Music Diversity Taskforce.
Isabel is an Impact Investment Analyst at NESTA with a specific focus on the fund’s Children and Young People theme. She has a background in social investment and international grant making, having previously worked for CAF Venturesome and Comic Relief.
Geraint is a music industry accountant and runs his own company, Howells & Co which focuses on advising individuals and owner managed businesses on a range of accounting, taxation and funding issues. He also provides CICAS® members with financial advice.
Mulika is Vice President of Business Affairs at Kobalt Music Group Limited where she advises and negotiates on music publishing, neighbouring rights, employment, litigation and general commercial/corporate matters. She also regularly speaks on panels/conferences, advises educational institutions on their curriculum and mentors young people from diverse backgrounds on law and the music industry.
Indy Vidyalankara is the founder of Indypendent PR and is an accomplished Communications executive with a diverse career spanning over two decades across music, media and third sector at Sony Music UK, Saatchi & Saatchi, Help Musicians, with 11 years at the BBC in publicity across BBC Radio 1, Radio 1Xtra and BBC TV. She is currently Head of Communications at Tomorrow’s Warriors.
Rob has been at Spotify since 2012 and is now a Senior Producer, creating and commissioning new podcasts. He has worked in music for 30 years, from running a record shop in the 90s, to making music and then spending 15 years traveling the world as a music journalist while writing for NME, The Word, The Guardian, The Sunday Times and many others.
